可可酸奶蛋糕

连着做了两天的蛋糕,猫带了一些回公司与同事分享,大家都挺爱吃的,每回都说不够,今天做些小杯子的,更加省事,人手一个就可以了,加入了可可粉的杯子蛋糕,甜度低了,还多了可可的香气,味道不错,并且这款蛋糕成功率相当高,喜欢的亲们,可以参考一下哦。

用料:

低筋面粉80克 酸奶80克 鸡蛋4个 可可粉15克

玉米油35克 白砂糖60克 表面装饰用糖粉适量

做法:

1.把可可粉与面粉混合过筛。

2.加入酸奶拌匀(酸奶是自制的,比较浓稠,如果没有可用市售的,但要适当调整用量,最好是用原味的。)

3.加入玉米油继续拌匀。

4.直到成为浓稠的面糊,即可置于一旁备用。

5.把鸡蛋打入盆中,用电动打蛋器打发至纹路清晰的状态。

6.取一半蛋糊拌入可可面糊中。

7.再把拌匀的面糊倒回蛋糊中,拌匀即可。

8.倒入模具中,放入预热好的烤箱,155度,40分钟,中层,上下火。

1.本配方可制作1个8英寸的圆模,或者是2个6英寸的圆模蛋糕,用来制作纸杯时,注意面糊不要超过纸杯的6成满,以防烘烤过程中面糊膨胀溢出。

2.油的量也比原配方要少了15克,吃起来更健康了。

3.酸奶选用自制的浓稠型酸奶,如果是市售的,建议买原味,并调整用量。
